Our focus is on promoting independence within a warm, inclusive, family atmosphere. Every resident has an individually tailored care plan and a specifically assigned key worker, so support stays consistent and personal.
We advocate person-centred planning. At Galltfaenan Hall, people set their own goals and decide the pace at which they want to achieve them. Daily routines are treated as important but never rigid, so that every day can look different.

Rachael began her career with the company in September 1989 as a support worker at The Old Rectory, and was promoted to deputy manager before becoming manager there in 1997. She became manager at Galltfaenan Hall ten years later. Rachael holds NVQ Level 5 and a Higher Diploma Level 4 in Learning Disability Services.
